A 150-year-old naalukettu has been transformed into a heritage hotel. The mana was designed and constructed by renowned vasthu expert Kodungallur Kunhikkuttan Thampuram. Classical arts such as Kathakali, Ayyappan Vilakku, Chakyar Koothu and Ottam Thullal were common at the mana.

The hotel now has an Ayurvedic treatment centre, a restaurant and a bar. It is situated at Althara. Apart from Ayurveda, the hotel offers Yoga, Meditation and Naturopathy.
